Chaim Shurer, editor-in-chief of Davar, the Histadrut daily here, will shortly leave for a visit to the Soviet Union, he revealed today. Mr. Shurer, a leader of the Socialist Mapai Party, recently applied for and received a visa from the Soviet legation here.
