An expression of satisfaction that the Anglo-Egyptian agreement on the Suez Canal re-establishes the principles of free navigation through the Canal was voiced here last night by Italian Foreign Minister Gaetano Martino at the conclusion of a foreign policy debate in Parliament. Mr. Martino also stressed Italy’s traditional friendship for the Arab states.
