The Post Office Department announced today that it has ruled “unmailable” a publication of the “American Confederate Army” because parts of it “tend to incite murder or assassination” in violation of postal laws.

The publication in question is a racist hate sheet put out by the “Confederate” group, which the Richmond Times dispatch identified as a new name adopted by Ku Klux Klan elements.
