Maj. Gen. E.L.M. Burns, United Nations Chief of Staff, met here this morning with Brig. Moshe Dayan, Israel Chief of Staff, for a discussion of “current problems.” Included in the topics of discussion, it was learned, was the matter of an agreement for direct consultation between Israel and Jordanian local commanders in the Jerusalem area. The two military leaders also took up the question of increased Egyptian attacks.
