Unless the Bat Galim is freed within the next few days, Israel will renew its complaint against Egypt before the Security Council here next week. That became apparent today when word reached Israel circles here that the pressures applied against Egypt by the United States and Britain have not produced a definite promise to date that the Bat Galim would be released.
