Excavation in preparation for the erection of the Tomb of the Unknown Jewish Martyr has already been started on the site of the monument, it was announced here today by the committee for the memorial. The monument, which will include a library and a museum dealing with the Nazi annihilation of European Jewry, will pay honor to the Jews of all countries martyred by the Nazis.
