Israel Ambassador Abba Eban conferred today with Secretary of State John Foster Dulles on Israel’s security problems, resuming discussions which have been suspended since last October. Describing today’s meeting, the Ambassador said he told Mr. Dulles of Israel’s anxieties and hopes for remedial action. He added that he and Mr. Dulles “fully summarized out respective viewpoints on recent developments.”
