Arizona’s Lower House Adopts Bill Against Bias in Employment

The Lower House of the Arizona State Legislature has adopted and sent to the Senate the Equal Opportunities Bill which would prohibit discrimination in employment on racial or religious grounds. The ban would also apply to contractors with public contracts of more than $1,000.
