Dr. Isaac Goldberg, 41-year-old attorney, has been elected chairman of the Zionist Central Council of Argentina to succeed Isaac Arcavi, who emigrated to Israel. The chairmanship had been held temporarily by Tobias Kamenschain. Dr. Goldenberg is a member of the Mapai party counterpart here, a member of the DAIA executive, and secretary of the Argentine-Israel Cultural Institute here.
