An American Federation of Labor delegation, headed by David Dubinsky, president of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, arrived in Israel today. The members of the delegation who are guests of the Histadrut, Israel’s general federation of labor, were met at the airport by high Histadrut officials, including general secretary Mordecai Namir, and were taken on a tour of Histadrut institutions.
