Irving Katcher, member of the administrative committee of the American Jewish Congress, was elected grand master of Brith Abraham, at the conclusion of the four-day convention here of the national fraternal order. Former Magistrate Adolph Stern of New York City was re-elected a sixth time as grand secretary.
