Dewey D. Stone, chairman of the United Israel Appeal, who was scheduled to leave October 8 for a Joint Distribution Committee conference in Paris and a United Jewish Appeal study mission in Israel, has postponed his departure because of illness. He will leave instead by air on October 14.
