The 1954 Stephen Wise Award will be presented to Louis Lipsky, American Zionist leader, at a reception at Stephen Wise Congress House Wednesday afternoon. The citation notes Mr. Lipsky’s “outstanding devotion to the cause of Jewish Peoplehood and his leadership in rebuilding Zion.”
