Reuben Kaminsky of Hartford, Conn., was elected national commander of the Jewish War Veterans of the U.S. yesterday at the close of the organization’s annual convention. He succeeded Joseph F. Barr. Some 6,000 delegates and guests attended the eight-day convention.
