Albert Bessis, the only Jewish member of the new all-Tunisian Cabinet, will preside at the inaugural meeting of the Tunisian National Legislature here tomorrow. M. Bessis, Minister of Urban Development and former president of the Keren Hayesod in Tunis, was selected for the honor because he is the oldest member of the Cabinet. He will be assisted by Ahmed Ben Salah, secretary general of the Tunisian trade union movement and the youngest deputy in the Assembly.
