Plans for the establishment of a new industry in Israel, rayon manufacture, were announced here today by a spokesman for the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He said that a group of American industrialists and financiers, headed by Israel Rogosin of Beauknit Mills, plan to build a $20,000,000 plant. Rogosin Industries Ltd. will include on its board, beside Mr. Rogosin, Abraham Feinberg, as chairman of the board.
