The 14th Arab local council in Israel was inaugurated today in the village of Jaljulia in the Samaria district. The seven-man local council will provide local government for the village, which has a population of 1,200 Minister of the Interior Israel Bar Yehuda told the new council that it is now eligible for government grants and loans.
