Receipt of a gift of $400,000 for its scholarship fund was announced here today by the Young Men’s and Young Women’s Hebrew Association of 92nd Street, the largest YM-YWHA in this city. The gift was from the Herman M. Braloff Foundation, established in the name of the late Mr. Braloff by trustees of his estate.
