The Canadian Government is still giving active consideration to Israel’s application to buy 25 Canadian-made Sabrejet fighters, but the Cabinet has reached no decision yet, it was learned from an official source here today.
Reports have been circulating that the Cabinet decision had been favorable. Still earlier reports indicated the application had been rejected. Neither was correct, this source said.
