Kupat Holim, the Israel labor federation’s health agency, opened an exhibit here today at the “New Horizons of 1956 Show” sponsored by the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organizations’ central council here.
Speaking at the opening ceremony; Governor Goodwin J. Knight said: “The exhibit gives an opportunity to the people of California to learn of the remarkable achievements and humanitarian purpose of the Histadrut health organization which has made Israel a healthier and happier place to live and work.”
