Heletz 11, another well sunk in Israel’s only producing oil field, cut into an oil bearing strata today. It is expected that before the day is out oil will be gushing out of the ground.
This is the ninth well to actually come in. Five of the nine are already producing oil and the remainder are non-productive until pumping equipment can be obtained.
