Dr. Laureano Vallenilla Laoz, Venezuelan Minister for Interior, paid tribute today to the contributions of the Jewish people to the economy of this country. The Minister spoke at a luncheon given in his honor by Dr. Meyer Shapir Chief Rabbi of Venezuela.
