Two more oil wells were brought in today, in the Heletz oil fields, bringing the total number to 15. Six more wells are now being drilled and new drillings were scheduled soon in the Dead Sea area and in the Far Arava Valley
Oil was reached in the two latest drillings at 5,000 feet and oil experts said the new wells proved that the oil field was greater than previous estimates had indicated.
