Eight countries were represented as the second Continental Conference of Latin American General Zionists convened here today. Delegations were present from this country, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil, Paraguay, Colombia, Peru and Mexico.
Addresses of welcome were given at the opening session today by Mateo Goldstein, president of the Latin American Confederation; Max Starkman, president of the General Zionist Federation of Argentina; and Arieh Kubovi, Israel Ambassador to Argentina.
