Additional evidence that two Israel army officers and nine border patrolmen acted against orders on October 29 when they shot and killed 47 Arab villagers for violating curfew orders, were pushed by the prosecution today in the military trial of the 11 accused. An army officer testified that one of the accused, Lt. Gabriel Dehan, refused to go back to his headquarters to check on instructions about shooting at the villagers when requested to do so.
