Lt. Col. Shlomo Altoon, Israel Army officer currently touring Latin America in behalf of Israel bond sales, lectured this week-end at the Argentine War Academy on the lessons of the Israeli campaign in the Sinai Peninsula. Among the Argentine military men who attended the lecture were Gen. Miguel Villaroel, commander of Argentina’s Cavalry Corps, Col. Juan Carlos Cordini, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Argentine Army, and others.
