Funeral services were held here today for Lazar Segall, Lithuanian-born artist who attained eminence in the expressionist movement. He was 66. He first came to Brazil in 1913 after studying in Dresden and Berlin. Returning after the first World war, he became a Brazilian citizen. He greatly influenced Brazilian modern art.
