Truman, Harriman to Address Z.O.A. 60th Annual Convention

Former President Harry S. Truman, Governor Averell Harriman of New York and Lord Russell of Liverpool, celebrated British statesman and jurist, will be among the prominent American leaders and distinguished personalities from abroad who will address the 60th anniversary convention of the Zionist Organization of America to be held beginning September 12 through September 15 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, New York City, according to an announcement by Dr. Emanuel Neumann president of the ZOA.

The four-day sessions of the ZOA convention will also highlight discussions of the issues confronting the Zionist movement today, its tasks for the future, as well as the relationship between the Zionist movement and the State of Israel.
