The Israel Communist Party has begun a new campaign in the Arab areas of Israel aimed at inciting the minority population against the government.

One result of this new campaign was a demonstration of school children ages eight to en in Nazareth yesterday. They gathered outside the Nazareth police station and demanded the release of two Communist youth arrested on charges of inciting the Arab population against the Israeli Government.

Shmuel Mikunis, Jewish leader of the party, and Emil Habibi have been touring Arab villages and urging mass meetings to Protest against the Israel Government’s “bloody anti-Arab policy.”
