The Swedish diplomat, Raoul Wallenburg, who helped rescue thousands of Jews from destruction in Nazi-occupied Europe, and died in a Soviet prison has been inscribed in the Jewish National Fund’s Golden Book by the Yiddish PEN Club of New York, an organization of writers. A certificate to this effect was today presented to Mr. Wallenburg’s mother, Mrs. von Dardes.
