Abraham E. Abrahamson, 36-year-old president of the Jewish Board of Deputies of Southern Rhodesia and a member of the local Zionist executive since its inception, was named a member of the Cabinet today. Mr. Abrahamson will serve as Minister of the Treasury, Local Government and Housing. He was born in Bulawayo, S. R.
