The ninth congress of the International Federation of Children’s Communities and the first held in Israel concluded here after four days of discussion deputed to the problems of children.
Among the 85 delegates from 15 countries at the parley were representatives from the United States, Britain, France, West Germany and other European, Asian, African and Latin American countries.
