Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold today circulated a special report he has prepared for the next session of the General Assembly dealing with the United Nations Emergency Force, and calling for an estimated expenditure for UNEF totalling $20,200,000 in 1958. In his report, Mr. Hammarskjold stated he drew up his figures on the assumption that “the Force will continue to function throughout the year on its present basis.”
