President and Mrs. Itzhak Ben Zvi returned last night from a short visit to Holland and Belgium. They were met at the airport by Premier David Ben Gurion and Knesset Speaker Joseph Sprinzak. The El Al Britannia on which they returned was met far out at sea by an escort of four jet planes.

Foreign diplomats in Israel stated privately today that the President’s decision to continue his visit to the Low Countries in the face of the rapidly moving Middle East developments had made a “reassuring impression” in his host countries.
