The Opposition parties submitted a resolution today at a meeting of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Security Committee for a special session of Parliament to discuss foreign policy questions. One of the issues to be discussed is Israel’s vote in the United Nations General Assembly’s emergency session for the resolution introduced by the Arab States. The committee will act on the motion at its meeting next Tuesday. Parliament is now in recess.

The Israeli Foreign Minister, Mrs. Golda Meir, who returned here Monday, reported to the parliamentary group today on her talks in Paris, London and Rome, and gave the group her evaluation of the present Middle East situation. Mrs. Meir will reply at next Tuesday’s meeting to criticism of Israeli policy voiced by the Opposition spokesmen today.
