Arthur Liveran, Counselor of the Israel Embassy in London, arrived here en route from Montreal where he will attend the emergency session of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Board of which he is president. Mr. Liveran, who was formerly counselor of the Israel delegation to the UN, conferred here in connection with the Montreal meetings which are expected to continue for two weeks.
