Prosecution of a manufacturer on charges of racial incitement was demanded here today by the Union of Political and Racial Victims of Persecution, which is accusing the man, Erich Sparschuh, of anti-Semitism.
According to the charge, the man told a restaurateur, Gerhard Kuhn, “our time will come back; soon, we shall hang the left-overs of Jews and half-Jews.” Sparschuh is said to have called Kuhn “a half-Jew” and to have spoken of Jews exterminated by Hitler as “pigs.” The organization of victims of Nazi persecution made its demand for prosecution of Sparschuh after Kuhn filed a complaint with the authorities.
