The Foreign Ministry announced today establishment of diplomatic relations on the embassy level between Israel and the Republic of Haiti. David Shaltiel, Israel Ambassador to Mexico, will be accredited to Haiti. Price Mars, Haitian, Ambassador to France, will be accredited to Israel. No resident Ambassadors are expected to be exchanged for some time.
