Metal Plants in Israel Re-open As Manufacturers Call off Lock-out

The Metal Manufacturers Association today called off a lock-out which had closed most plants in Israel and normal production schedules were resumed. They closed their factories in protest against new duties on raw materials and tightened government regulations designed to diminish such imports.
