The Munich state attorney who failed to order the arrest of Dr. Hans Eisele, concentration camp doctor wanted on charges of crimes against humanity, has been fined 300 marks ($75) by a disciplinary court here.

In his judgment, the court noted that the lenient sentence was occasioned by the fact that the attorney, Dr. Max von Decker, had been ill and overworked at the time of the Eisele affair. The physician, responsible for the death of camp prisoners on whom he “experimented,” escaped to the United Arab Republic which has refused West German extradition pleas.
