Turkey supports and encourages Arab natioanlism as long as it does not endanger the security of other Middle East nations, President Bayar declared this week-end in an address opening the Grand National Assembly, Turkey’s Parliament. In a thorough-going review of the Middle East situation, including Turkey’s relations with virtually every nation in the region, the President made no reference whatever to Israel.
