A contribution of $150,000 to the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel was announced here last night at the annual dinner for the Institute held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. The donor is Herman P. Taubman of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He made the gift in honor of Israel Ambassador Abba Eban’s becoming president of the Weizmann Institute.
