Benjamin Disraeli Goldberg, former Parliamentary Secretary for Home Affairs, was today named Minister of Health and Education in the new Cabinet of the Central African Federation.

Irish born and Rhodesian educated, Mr. Goldberg is an attorney practicing in Umtali where his family is well known. A student of Australian immigration procedures, Mr. Goldberg was formerly responsible for immigration in Southern Rhodesia
