Dr. Hans Albert Einstein, son of the late Albert Einstein, was awarded a research prize by the American Society of Civil Engineers yesterday for his contribution to “knowledge of transportation of sediment in flowing water. “
Dr, Einstein, a member of the staff of the University of California, was one of four engineers honored at the annual convention of the Society.
