A call to Jewish communities throughout the world, and particularly in the United States, to continue to observe an annual memorial to the martyrs of the Warsaw Ghetto was issued here by Dr. I. Schwarzbart, director of the World Jewish Congress organization department. The 16th annual observance, which falls this year on May 5, will be marked with special ceremonies by about 100 Jewish communities around the world, Dr. Schwarzbart said.
