Queen Mother Elizabeth of Belgium will arrive here Thursday to participate in the formal inauguration March 31 of the Hebrew University Institute of Archaeology bearing name. The Institute was established by Belgian Jews. This will be the first visit to Israel by a royal person.

The 82-year-old Queen also will attend the opening of the Natanya Museum donated by Belgian Jewish industrialists. She will remain in Israel for a week accompanied by several members of the royal household. The visit, originally scheduled for 1956, was postponed because of the Sinai campaign.
