The Israel Cabinet has decided to propose to the World Zionist Organization appointment of a joint committee to draft plans for the observance of the one-hundredth anniversary next year of Theodor Herzl’s birthday. Herzl was born in Budapest in 1860. He died in Vienna in 1904.
