The Federal Supreme Court yesterday rejected an appeal for a re-trial of Martin Summers, the “Butcher of Buchenwald.” Summers was sentenced last July by a court in Byeruth to imprisonment of 25 years to life, for his savage murders of concentration camp prisoners.
