The new Dutch Cabinet, announced here today, includes one Jew. He is Sydney Van Der Bergh, who has been appointed Minister of War and Navy. Mr. Van Der Bergh. is 62. A retired major-general in the Dutch Army, he was formerly paymaster-general.
