The first Israeli incorporated company to be listed on an international securities market in the United States made its trading bow this morning on the American Stock Exchange trading floor where.” Aryeh Manor, Economic Minister of the Government of Israel, headed a delegation of American and Israeli observers at ceremonies marking the initial dealings in the American Israeli Paper Mills Limited American shares.

The company, principal producer of paper in Israel, and located at Hadera, Israel, is listing American shares which represent its ordinary shares at the rate of one American share for five ordinary shares. There can be a maximum of 2,098,794 American shares available for trading.
